After waiting about 20 minutes on this corner for someone to walk directly in front of the smoke stack, this moment came. I had wanted this classic new york photo for the longest time, and had my eye out for it the last 5 times I’ve visited. As soon as I turned the corner and saw this scene, I knew it was my chance. It felt extra special to not only get the photo during my last trip, but also to have caught it on film. Taken with my Canon AE-1, on Cinestill 800T film.
